I am also a aspirant of IAS. I suggest you to go for counselling in a reputed institute. Counselling will clear all ur doubts and I will give u a advise to join a good coaching institute as it will give u right guidance and direction. And believe me a good coaching institute will surely half your burden and also boost ur confidence.

Dear Anil,
IAS is the test of your Administrative traits which you acquire with the help of your academic knowledge. It is not an academic exam rather a Exam that tests your administrative capabilities i.e. the minimum requiremt to be eligible for this exam is Just a Graduation degree from any recognised university without any percentage(%) condition.
The level of optionals subject is of Graduation level and level of General studies is of 10+2 standard.
If possible, don’t hesitate to join a coaching institute. It will surely help you.
